invest.com – US oil inventories fell more than expected last week, the Energy Information Administration said on Wednesday.
fell 1.863 million barrels last week, as analysts expected a draw of 0.657 million barrels.
inventories, which include diesel and gas oil, fell 5.231 million barrels during the week against expectations of a drawdown of 1.914 million barrels, according to EIA data.
inventories fell 1.405 million barrels last week, the EIA said, compared to expectations for a drawdown of 2.105 million barrels.
